We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of order receipt. Returns will be entertained with a credit note. Exchanges will be undertaken subject to size availability. We do not offer refunds.
A one-time product exchange will be done free of cost. Thereafter shipping and handling charges per order shall be applied for all exchanges & return requests.
At present this return or exchange service is available within India only. We do not offer this service on international orders.
Credit codes issued are valid for 60 days and can be redeemed either directly on our website or in our store.
We do not accept return or exchange requests for made to order, customized, personalized or monogrammed products.
Please ensure that all merchandise being returned or exchanged is returned new, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Please Note: In order to accept return or exchange it’s mandatory to send complete box opening video before you ship the product for return or exchange.
